Sweet!
Well I'm actually pretty fond of short skit based Flashes and this one pulled it off quite well, my only beef with it was that a lot of the humour was simple anticipation based jokes (somethings gunan happen, oh wait it didn't, oh wait, it did it anyway)
As for the animation, I liked the variety you had and the timing of the shots was pretty nifty!

I remember reading the fanfic a while back, absolutely pissing myself at it, and I have to say, you've really captured the humour style, with everything! The badass looking character, the over-dramatic voices, everything...
The animation quality was quite a treat too!

This definately deserved its place in TOFA, and it's pretty damn awesome to see that it's all time top on NG! It's great how your toons vary, this one's really deep emotions, then you go through your gallery and find that you can also do fun stuff too, the animation was great, good use of angles, perspective yaadeedah...

You're drawing is pretty damn good! A lot of tweening used, but for a first toon it certainly looks better than the stick stuff that floods NG at times, looking forward to seeing adventures in rapture!

It certainly had it's similarities to the original gangsta penguin, as well as having your own style too instead of it being a carbon copy.
All in all, tis a good sequel and there's definately improvement in your work now
